Feet are often overworked. It might lead to certain morphological disorders, and in consequence to decrease physical efficiency and functional state of the foot itself and the whole body. Longitudinal and transversal arch of children feet change during their growth, but usually they indicate effect of environment's influence on their structure, for example: the body weight on the feet, or physical fitness. The investigations has been performed on 108 boys, at the age of 13-14, who were actively training foot-ball game. They were pupils of primary schools in Szczecin. The purpose of this work was mainly to describe morphological building of the boys feet, and to qualify connection between body building and longitudinal and transversal arch of their feet. Longitudinal arch of the feet measured according to Clarke's angle method, transversal arch-with heel's angle. The body building type was marked in accordance to Rohrer's index. The analysis showed up that over half of the boys have feet correctly builded in their longitudinal and transversal arch. Lower transversal arch of the feet has been noticed more often than the longitudinal one. Plane feet are seldom in the group. Almost all of the children have slim type of the body building. Connection between type of the body building and longitudinal and transversal arch of the feet was not observed.
