Voivodship School Sport Association (WSZS) in Kielce was the organiser of sport and recreation of children and youth, the promoter of exercises, leisure, sport rivalry and healthy lifestyle in the Kielce province. The study outlines the organization work, the structure, means of financing, the problems, successes and failures of the Association during the implementation of the statutory work during the years 1989 – 1998.
