On 29th July 2018 an adult American Golden Plover was recorded and photographed at Przemków fishponds, Lower Silesia. Description of the birds is given and occurrence in Europe is presented. This record have been accepted by the Polish Avifaunistic Commission as the second for Poland but the first well documented.
