The influence of the 10-times increased (6 mg/l of medium) of several microelements, namely cooper, manganese, boron and molybdenum, on the plant development, the leaves crop and active substances content, has been studied. The highest raw material crop has been obtained in variants with boron and manganese. Furthemore, manganese increased the content of a dry residue in the aloe juice, and decreased the aloin content. There had not been found any essential qualitative differences in the chemical composition of the juices obtained either from the 1, 2, and 3-years old plants or from plants originating from the different variants of cultivation. The carried out studies have shown that Aloë arborescens well develops in all variants of the hydroponic cultivation, yielding the raw material of a high than those obtained from plants growing in soil. It is possible to obtained the raw material of standard value in the second year of the hydroponic cultivation.

Badano wpływ 10-krotnie zwiększonych dawek (6 mg/l pożywki) następujących mikroelementów: manganu, miedzi, molibdenu i boru na rozwój Aloe arborescens Mill., plon liści i zawartość związków czynnych. Najwyższe plony surowca otrzymano w wariantach z manganem i borem.
