The fum ''Kotlin Co. Ltd.'' was destinated as one of the pilot firms in the program PL 9607-01-12 supported by PHARE. There was worked out, with the help of consultants taking the part in this project, the HA CCP system for chilled pizza. In June of 1999 the test audit was performed with positive note by the Dutch firm Agriment ВV. There were started simultaneously the works for implementation the HACCP system for another production lines in this factory. These are the planes of the factory in the implementation of this system in the year 2000. Permanent raising of sanitary-hygienic standard. Self-control of operators.
