Magnetic field exerted in the present investigations a different effect (positive or negative) on the culture of yeasts and the ethanol fermentation. The most advantageous variant of the experiment manifested itself with an increased productivity of yeasts (2-12%) and ethanol (8.5-30%). It has been proved that the periodical effect of magnetic field in the final phase of increase of yeasts or ethanol fermentation consists in higher productivity of these processes.
