W artykule przeanalizowano stosowane dotychczas metody mieszania zagęszczonych soków owocowych i dokonano oceny ich jakości. Przedyskutowano możliwości wprowadzenia automatyzacji oraz kontroli procesu w mieszalnikach.

The actual methods of mixing of the concentrated fruit juices have been discussed and the quality evaluation has been done. The possibility to introduce automatisation and the process control in the mixing tanks has been discussed.
