Wyniki badań nad skutecznością kilku fungicydów przeznaczonych do zwalczania Phytophihora infesions na pomidorach

The paper contains results of 2-year investigations on chemical protection of tomato against P. infestans. The following fungicides were tested Alistts, Bravo 500, Ridomil plus 45 and new Polish preparations: Bravissino 500 SC (cuprous hydrochloride + chlorothalonil) and Fytox 450 SC (cuprous hydroxychloride + metelaxyl). All tested fungicides effectively protected tomato against P. infestans. It was expressed by the increase of total yield as well as by significantly lower percentage of infested fruits in comparison with the control. Polish and imported fungicides did not differ in their effectiveness against mentioned disease.
