Oznaczono zawartość Mg, Ca, Na i K w próbkach mleka, twarogu, ziarna zbóż, pieczywa oraz wybranych warzyw pobranych z terenu trzech województw Polski Południowej. Mimo znacznej rozpiętości wyników otrzymane wartości średnie byly porównywalne lub wyższe, niż dane piśmiennictwa.

Mg, Ca, Na and K levels in samples of milk, cheese, wheat and rye grain, bakery products, cabbage, carrot and potatoes collected from the southern part of Poland were determined. In spite that the scatter was relatively high, the mean values of the Ca, Na and K content were comparable with the literature data. The test products were characterized by a relatively high Mg levels, often higher than the corresponding values specified in the literature. Thus, it is reasonable to suppose that Mg content of the agricultural products from the southern Poland is not as low as it is generally believed.
