Classic models of enterprises do not correspond to a new reality. It is not clear and sufficient to use a capital company model with values shift to shareholders in a co-operative group. A new type of a very complex organization emerges out of this situation. This organization has many objectives. It aims to increase the value for its members: members-users (as products suppliers and at the same time buyers of co-op's products or services) and members-shareholders (through an increase of dividend or increaseing the value resulting form capital function). Moreover, this organization respects co-op's values in the mother-co-operative and civil values that are especially expected from the co-operative. Furthermore, it benefits by certain fiscal privileges. The new model of co-op groups' organization is thus quite specific as it does not correspond to either a classic model of agricultural co-op or a capital company model, what was presented by the author analysing chosen large co-operative groups in France.
