A new locality of Pulsatilla vernalis (Ranunculaceae) in the Central Poland. Fragmenta Floristica et Geobotanica Polonica 8: 127–134. Kraków. PL ISSN 1640 629X. ABSTRACT: A new locality of a rare, vulnerable (V) and legally protected species in Poland, Pulsatilla vernalis (L.) Mill., is described. The locality is situated at the eastern limit of the species occurrence range in Poland, close (3 km) to a deep (250 m) and extensive (±2 × 12 km) post excavation pit of a brown coal mine, and neighbouring (1 km) a smut and cinder deposition heap of the Rogowiec electricity station.
