W artykule opisano dwa sposoby identyfikacji produktów rybnych: od produktu gotowego do surowca oraz od surowca do produktu gotowego. Identyfikacja polegała na prześledzeniu w odpowiedniej dokumentacji procesu przetwarzania i dystrybucji wybra¬nych artykułów rybnych: „Makreli w galarecie " i krewetki.

The paper describes two ways of identification offish products: from the final product to the raw material and from the raw material to the product. The documentation of production and distribution of selected fish products: "Mackerel in aspic " and shrimp was examined.
