Przedstawiono wyniki badań nad oddziaływaniem współzależnym pomiędzy jonami srebra i niklu pobieranymi z podłoża przez pieczarkę dwuzarodnikową. Pieczarkę uprawiano na kompoście bez wzmocnienia solami srebra i niklu, a także wzmocnionymi solą srebra oraz jednocześnie srebra i niklu.

Investigations were carried out on bioconcentration potential of silver and nickel by champignon mushroom cultivated on a control substrate, substrate enriched selectively with silver, and with a combination of silver and nickel salts (a 1 mg/kg dry weight). Silver and nickel contents were determined using atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) after dry ashing of the samples in a silica vessels at 420°C and further dissolving the product in 1 M nitric acid. The data gained indicated that coincidence of elevated concentrations of silver and nickel added to commercial substrate had an impact on bioavailability of both elements by champignon mushroom. The BCF values for silver bioaccumulated from the substrate enriched with silver and nickel were much lower (BCF between 3 and 13) when compared to that for the fruiting bodies growing on the substrate enriched only with silver (BCF between 10 and 23). The coincidence in substrate of elevated concentrations both of silver and nickel lead also to exclusion of nickel from the fruiting bodies (BCF < 0.1) when compared to a control substrate (BCF between 1.1 and 2.6).
