The content of mineral elements in colostrum and milk of sows at 7 and at 14 day of lactation was determined by PIXE, PIGE and RBS methods. The concentrate mixture for sows was characterized by higher levels (Og/g) of Mn-81,9, F-31,0, Sr-13,8, V-13,4, Zr-10,5, Br-1,0. Drinking water was characterized (ug/dm³) by higher levels of Sr-322, F-220, Pb-25, Li-20. The level of P, Fe, Zn, Mn, Br, Rb, Sr, Hg, Pb, Li and F in the milk of sows increased and the level of Mg, Na, K, Cu, V, Ni, Co, Ga, Ge, As, Se and Zr decreased with advancing lactation. The content of Fe in colostrum of sows was 0,85 ug/cm³ in milk 1,96 — 2,42 ug/cm³, in the concentrate mixture 710 ug/g and in water 330 ug/dm³. Of interest is a high level of Sr in water — 322 ug/dm³, in the concentrate mixture — 13,8 ug/g and in milk — 0,06 — 2,88 ug/cm³.
