The author presents his own clinical subdivision of lambliosis paying particular altention to rarely occurring forms such as feverish, nervous, with anaemia and allergic. Attentien is drawn to the fact that a single examination ot the duodenal contents may be insufficient for the establishment of a conrect diagnosis. The cosinophilia and secretory activities of the mucous membrane of the stomach in the observed patients were analysed. There follows next a description of the radiological changes of the upper segment of the alimentary tract and of the coexistence of lambliosis with uther parasites or diseases of the alimentary tract. As regards the results of the treatment the patients were classified into two groups depending on the time-duration of the infection.
