Horse chestnut leaf miner appeared in Poland at the end of the twentieth century. The pest mainly causes damage to horse chestnut, rarely to other plant species. Different measures of control linof this pest are available. One of them is the use of pheromone trape. The results of performed studies revealed a significantly higher efficiency of the „delta” traps as compared to chimney traps, and Czech pheromone dispensers proved to be more efficient than the Polish ones.
