Zawarto analizę poziomu cen skupu mleka w latach 2001-2009 oraz ich prognozę do 2020 roku. Uwagę skoncentrowano na różnicy w cenie skupu mleka pomiędzy grupą państw, których akcesja do Unii Europejskiej nastąpiła w 2004 roku, a państwami będącymi jej członkami przed rozszerzeniem. Dodatkowym elementem analizy jest prezentacja zmian cen skupu i kosztów produkcji mleka w gospodarstwach należących do Europejskiego Stowarzyszenia Producentów Mleka. Opracowanie kończy prognoza cen skupu mleka w różnych scenariuszach, które różnią się wielkością zmian we wspólnej polityce rolnej.

The study contains analysis of milk producer price (farm gate prices) in the period 200T2009 and potential projections to the year 2020. The presented analyses have been carried out compare European Union member states groups UE-15 and UE-10 and significant differences between milk prices gain by dairy farmers. Except prices publication provides analysis of the milk cost production based on information available on network of European Dairy Parmers. Milk price projections based on official documents published by European Commission, Directorate-General Agriculture and Rural Development; PAPRI U.S. and PAPRI-Ireland. Pundamental reports were CAP Health Check and Scenar 2020-II where considered different scenarios with removal of milk quotas. The consequence of received changes will be usually decrease of milk producer prices and increase of raw milk production.
