Przedstawiono zmiany zachodzące w finansowym wsparciu rolnictwa oraz związki pomiędzy transferami w trzech grupach państw o różnym poziomie rozwoju gospodarczego. Ewaluację wsparcia przeprowadzono w oparciu o metodykę oceny stosowaną przez OECD, wykorzystując podział transferów nadwyżki ekonomicznej na trzy strumienie. Punktem wyjścia stały się rozważania nad problemem roli państwa w gospodarce i możliwości oddziaływania na sektor rolny. Poszukiwano uniwersalnych mechanizmów dostosowawczych w wyróżnionych grupach krajów.

The paper presents changes in the financial support of agriculture and the correlation between transfers at three groups of countries with different levels of economic development. Support evaluation was based on the assessment methods used by the OECD using the division transfers economic surplus into three streams. The starting point became a discussion on the problem of the role of the state in the economy and the possibility of impact on the agricultural sector. The study sought universal adjustment mechanisms in the distinguished groups of countries.
