Celem badań była próba oceny, w jaki sposób zmiany wielkości wsparcia w krajach powiązanych za pośrednictwem wymiany handlowej oddziałują na wartość wsparcia rolnictwa. Przedstawiono założenia i mechanizmy przepływu nadwyżki ekonomicznej poprzez wymianę handlową. Wykazano, iż wielkość finansowego wsparcia rolnictwa zależy od wymiany handlowej i poziomu wsparcia występującego wśród głównych partnerów handlowych.

The discussion about the mutual relations in the support policy for agriculture is an important aspect for the formulation of a model describing the mechanism of intervention in agriculture in the conditions of globalization and suggest a number of significant conclusions. Adopting only price relations, assuming rigid demand response to price changes allows omitting this factor and indicates the necessity to vary price reference conditions. They are subject to the directions of such trade. One of the key areas that shape the size of financial support for agriculture is undoubtedly trade. It is possible to show at this point some mechanisms of the economic surplus flow. The first is the exchange itself, mainly by linking export of the agricultural products and the impact of trade partners. The amount of agriculture support among trade partners is an essential reference point for the development of the size of the stream of transfers in a particular country, in this case for Poland.
