Ten rabbits were simultaneously vaccinated against infectious haemorrhagic pneumonia (pest of rabbits) and myxomatosis using Cunivac and Myxovac M, respectively. Six rabbits were vaccinated using one of the examined vaccines. Vaccinated animals were normal during 21—24 days of observation and they were resistant to challenge with one or simultaneously two infective viruses. Out of 4 control rabbits infected with virus of haemorrhagic pneumonia 3 died, in two infected with myxomatosis virus developed generalized nodular form of the disease. A similar dynamics of an increase of the level of antibodies measured in the HI test was noted both in rabbits vaccinated against two diseases and against the pest of rabbits. Viral antigen was found in internal organs of a control rabbits challenged with the wirus of pest of rabbits using the HA, immunofluorescence and immunoperoxidase tests. Virus was not detected in internal organs of vaccinated and challenged animals.
