A suitability of chosen liquid media for sporulation of Clostridium botulinum В 591 endospores was examined. The most suitable for obtaining a suspension of Cl. botulinum В endospores appeared to be Neal and Walker medium (75% of endospores) and then Tsuji and Perkins medium (60% of endospores). Sporulation is stimulated by the presence of 3—5% of Tripticase pepton (BBL).
