The Polish agriculture is characterized by wide diversification of: agricultural climate conditions, technical equipment and final production and economical outputs. An important question, has been eased: whether a uniform policy may be towards the whole of the agriculture or a variety of policies should be applied to particular regions, taking into account their conditions. A comparison of the two regions - West Pomerania Voivodschip, Poland and Mecklemburg Vormpommern Land, Germany - with regard to their agricultural is included in the report. Shortly before Poland accesses EU there are serious doubts, if the large number of observed delays can be still made for on time. Otherwise considerable economical consequences may result from them. It is hardly possible to clearly assess effects that the integration with EU will bring, due CAP is under a reform process as well.
