Przedmiotem artykułu jest analiza pozycji krajów najsłabiej rozwiniętych w światowym handlu żywnością i surowcami rolnymi od roku 2000. Zasadniczą tendencją w rozwoju handlu międzynarodowego w okresie po II wojnie światowej był spadek udziału produktów rolnych oraz krajów najsłabiej rozwiniętych gospodarczo. Jednak ciągle dla wielu gospodarek o najniższym poziomie rozwoju handel rolny stanowi podstawę zysków z wymiany i jest szansą na podniesienie standardów życia.

This paper analyses the position of LDCs in world trade in food and agricultural commodities since 2000. The main trend in the development of international trade in the period after World War II was a decline in the share of agricultural products from the least developed countries. But still for many economies with the lowest level of development agricultural trade is the basis of the profits and is an opportunity to raise standards of living.
