Field crops are dependent on meteorological conditions during growth and development of plants. Raspberry crops in the province of Lublin in the years 2007-2010 were much higher than average yields in general in Poland. Record yields of raspberries in Lublin province coincided with the year 2009 - 4,66 tonnes per hectare. According to the expertsdealing with problems of the market shrubs, raspberries yieldfluctuations in the most dependent on cli mate and the conditions prevailing during the season. The most import ant factors influencing to fluctuation in yield are air temperature and rainfall. Raspberries need a sufficiently high temperature to quickly be able to ripenfruit. A very important factor is rainfall, too small amount thereof is determental because it limits the growth of plants, as well as determine the right amount of fruit produced and their size.
