The methods for determining the allowable number of cycles and the amplitude of the voltage at both hard and soft mode of loading. Analyzed the strength of non-stationary loading conditions. The recommendations for the use of the asymmetry of conditional elastic stresses. A review of domestic and foreign regulations on the subject, as well as on the effect of pre-congestion on the durability of structures operating under cyclic loading.
