The analysis of structural differentiation of sources and expenditures of budgets in Sucha Beskidzka district in both cases allows for distinction of two groups of similar communities. As far as sources of community budget are concerned communities of city character seem to have relatively higher share of income and lower share of general subventions in total. In case of communities of lower urbanization level situation is different. Target subventions in general do not depend on community urbanization level. Other sources are of marginal significance. In all communities of Sucha Beskidzka district the distribution of budgets is dominated by general expenses. Subsequent places are taken by estate expenditures on behalf of individuals. Other expenses are of low importance.
