It is not possible to set forth a single universal model of human resource management at SMEs. Universally, commonly may only be used the rules of efficient activities of entrepreneurs (companies creators) in the area of human resource management. In the situation of rapidly changing economic environment, there is the need for professionalism of activities in the personal dimension, introduction — besides an up-to-date strategy of the company — also personal strategy. Only this way, small and medium enterprises will be able to cope with ever growing demands of the competitive market.
