Service providers and service recipients have become an integral element of the information society. Development of e-services is an answer to the changing realities, to formation of a new economic, market and consumption reality. E-services provide greater opportunities for an active participation by the consumer in creation and improvement thereof. There is formed a new type of the consumer, the so-called e-prosument, whose functioning in the markets for e-services depends on knowledge and information and telecommunication technologies.
