Amounts of bulk materials to be transported in crop production were studied on 39 individual farms of the acreage 15-20 ha of agricultural land in Wielkopolska region. As a result of studies 3 groups of crops were separated: - crops of low transport service requirements, such as leguminous and rape, with transported load index 5,02 t/ha, - crops of middle transport service requirements, such as cereals, with transported load index 12,8 t/ha, - crops of high transport service requirements, such as sugar - and folder beets, potatoes, maize and hay, with transported load index 72, 73 t/ha. In the structure of loads transported on examined farms 35,23 % were manure and slurry, 30,45 % were cereals, potatoes and beets, 20,25 % were beet leaves and green forage. The rest included successively hay and straw, mineral fertilizers, plant protection chemicals in water solutions and seeding material.
