This research work shows and describes one of the motory coordination element which is the rhytmization as well as its influence on the athletic scores. The research has been conducted using the rowing ergometer and during the trials on water; it included 30 athletes with different experience and athletic class. The analysis has taken into the consideration the motory characteristics test scores, such as: endurance, strength and strenght endurance. It tries to giwe the answer to the following research Question: whether the rhitmization is an individual characteristic and to what extent it changes during the training process and what its influence on athletic scores is.
