An inventory studies on Microlepidoptera were performed in 2008 on meadows neighbouring the then planned War-saw-Modlin Airport. The studies revealed the occurrence of 165 species representing 26 families in the area including 37 species first noted in Masovian Province. Species that deserve special attention due to a low number of sites in Poland include: Depressaria pimpinellae (Zeller, 1839), Scythris seliniella (Zeller, 1839), Schiffermuelleria schaefferella (Linnaeus, 1758), Pseudatemelia flavifrontella (Denis et Schiffermüller, 1775), Nothris verbascella (Denis et Schiffermüller, 1775), Ptocheuusa inopella (Zeller, 1839), Epinotia rubiginosana (Herrich-Schäffer, 1851), Lobesia artemisiana (Zeller, 1847), Phtheochroa pulvillana (Herrich-Schäffer, 1851), Anania verbascalis (Denis et Schiffermüller, 1775), Epascestria pustulalis (Hübner, 1823).

The paper presents the results of the research on Bryoria capillaris (Ach.) Brodo & D. Hawksw. in the Polish part of the Białowieża Forest. Two new sites of this species have been found in the managed Białowieża Forest, in Władysław Szafer Reserve. Bryoria capillaris grows on the bark and small branches of Quercus robur and Picea abies.

Ramaria rubella (Schaeff.) R.H. Petersen is a very rare species in Europe. Until now it was known only from a few countries. A new site in Poland is the first record from Central and Eastern Europe. Ramaria rubella (sub-gen. Lentoramaria) belongs to xylobiontic species connected with coniferous woods. The paper includes detailed description of carpophores and microscopic features, distribution and synonyms.

W 2000 roku stwierdzono nowe stanowisko występowania ślimaka Arion lusitanicus Mabille. Było ono zlokalizowane w Poznachowicach Górnych (UTM DA 43) w siedlisku upraw rolniczych. Ślimak bardzo dobrze zaadoptował się w nowym siedlisku i jest groźnym szkodnikiem roślin uprawnych.
