The paper presents results of analyses hydraulic conditions of fl ow of weir in Jaktorów storied water for intake on fi shing pond in Agricultural Institution the Experimental WULS. During the fi eld inspection was made measurements: construction elements of weir, cross section on the length of storage in downstream and upstream. Flow capacity calculation of weir has been executed for different case of flow transmission. Conditions for energy dissipation were also estimated. Weir flow is limited for capacity of downstream. Despite it the weir is possibly conduct flood discharge for storage water level without over flow from channel. Due of to short stilling basin it is made diffi cult safe transmission of flood discharge.

The paper presents results of analyses actual technical state of weir in Jaktarów storied water for intake on fi shing pond in Agricultural Institution the Experimental SGGW. Were conducted the general inspections of object. The quantity survey of constructional elements of weir was executed as well as the measurements of cross sections on length of storage section in upstream and downstream. The state of the constructional elements was assessed. States of waterside constructional elements of weir are in bed condition, a lot of cracks of construction and decrements of concrete. Top surfaces of piers, abutments and wings overgrow in large degree mosses and the algae cover. In considerable degree the bed protections in downstream and upstream are damaged. In good conditions are storage gate and gate handling equipment of weir.
