The aim of conducted research was the comparison of using full (registrated) doses of fungicides and doses indicated by decision support system (PC-Plant Protection) in protecting winter wheat against diseases. In the experiment were studied two fungicidal programs – each one in four protection strategies: in standard dates of treatments using recommended doses, in standard dates using reduced by half doses and dates indicated by decision support system in standard doses, and in dates and doses indicated by decision support system. The applied decision support system and the remaining studied programs of protection influenced statistically the increase of saved yield as compared to the control, and the effective reduction of disease occurrence (except for Septoria on leaves).
The influence of fungicides: Tilt Plus 400 EC, Vista 228 SE and Charisma 207 EC on grain quality of spring wheat cv. Torka was investigated. The fungicides used were: standard, divided doses and according to recommendations of PC-Plant Protection at different dates of a year and different doses. Evaluated fungicides did not influence physical and chemical properties of wheat grain. A significant influence on majority of physico-chemical properties of grain had wheather conditions in the period of ripening.
