In paper the analysis of operating costs of machines was occured in agricultural farms grouped according to main type definite on ground of the Standard Gross Margin. It was ascertain that with growth of economic size of farm grow the operating costs of machines together. The smallest operating costs convert on 1 hectare of arable area occur in the Mixed crops - livestock farms. The largest operating costs of machines convert on 1 ESU bear the Mixed cropping farms.
The study was conducted to investigate the effect of applying of two different additives to the straw litter on the physical and chemical characteristics of bedding and on turkey broiler performance. In building B-1 birds were kept on straw supplemented with brown fine coal, in building B-2 litter was sprayed with EM-1 microbe vaccine solution (200 ml/10 l water) twice a day. Building B-3 was a control object. During the experiment thermo-vision photographs of the surface and the inside layers of litter were taken. Once a week determined were the extent of litter surface encrustation and the health status of legs in turkeys. After rearing, final mortality and body live weight were specified. Both tested additives led to the significant rise in litter temperature, which positively affected its physical parametres and contributed to the improvement of the birds’ welfare and performance (lower mortality, higher final weight).

Prospects of table eggs production in Belarus

72%
Problems of development of egg production in Belarus are considered. Dynamics of volume of egg production is considered for the period of 1995-2009. Results of production and sale of eggs by integrated (mass production) poultry farms are analyzed by means of a correlation method.
About the inherence of management of households we have only a few information, but without the investigation of the conduct strategy of households is hardly cognizable. One part of the rural society can be the analysis of rural households. The bared inherences can give the explanation for the behaviour of households, the planning possibilities of farming, the comparison of the future ideas and the reality. The theoretical d practical elaboration of farming is important for both the agricultural policy and households.
Main problem of farming as well as rural areas in Slovakia is the extreme disintegration of agriculture land ownership, which is the serious problem complicating the transformation of the society. There are about 9.6 million plots of land registered in Slovakia. An average plot reaches an area of about 0.45 ha and is owned by 12 to 15 people. The consequences of disintegration and the resulting problems have been reflected in the farming. If a lease or sale is agreed, it has to be agreed with a large number of people, requiring a costly search for the owners. To overcome these problems a new law was adopted which simplified the identification of the owners and their lands, supporting at the same time the idea of fusion and concentration of these lands. This law introduced a simplified procedure for the identification of ownership rights holders.
In order to assess the effect of alternating electromagnetic and direct magnetic field on adult Helix aspersa O. F. Müller and their eggs, adults and eggs of H. aspersa maxima Taylor and H. aspersa aspersa O. F. Müller were exposed to such fields with different parameters, and the following life cycle traits were observed: condition of hibernating adults, their survival rate during hibernation and reproduction, egg mass, hatching success, growth rate of hatchlings and body mass of next generation adults. Adults were exposed to sinusoidal, alternating electromagnetic fields of 50 Hz, 100 Hz and 200 μT, and magnetic induction of 50 Hz, as well as a field of 175 μT and 10–1000 Hz (repetition period 80 minutes). Egg batches were exposed to direct magnetic fields of magnetic induction 5 μT and 10 μT and alternating electromagnetic fields of analogous induction and frequency of 50 Hz. The effects varied depending on the parameters of the fields, subspecies and life cycle stage. Adult H. aspersa maxima was more sensitive to the changes in characteristics of electromagnetic field than H. aspersa aspersa, but the two subspecies showed a similar reaction to exposing their eggs to direct or alternating magnetic field. Probably direct field had a greater selection effect compared to alternating field, removing weaker genotypes at embryonic stage; this resulted in a greater mean body mass of the next generation adults. The results are preliminary; further studies, with further modifications of parameters of the fields applied are necessary.
