Janusz Bogdanowski (1929-2003), professor of Architecture in Kraków Polytechnic, creator of the landscape architecture, historian of defensive architecture and the garden art; he was co-creator of our magazine. The member of the Aura Editorial Board since 1975. Among others, he was interested in drawing, starting his first sketchbook when he was a student. For nearly 50 years (1952-2001) he produced 68 sketchbooks with some 3000 pages. They include drawings, descriptions, notes, remarks. Sketchbooks created in the 50-s and 60s of the 20th century have a special value because they show the non-existent world.
