This work includes the results of microbiological monitoring of air pollution in the plant of alcoholic beverages. The aim of this study was a quantitative assessment of air pollution at the plant, as well as the identification of isolated microorganisms. The highest level of air pollution by bacteria was detected at the point of bottles lining, near a pile of bottles monoblock and at the place of taking down ready products near the door. The highest level of air pollution by molds was noticed in the hall, where product was pouring into bottles. The results of microbiological air monitoring revealed that intensified movement of workers, humidity and dusting of rooms have an impact on the microbial contamination of air. In the tested air samples revealed the presence of saprophytic microflora typical for this environment.
