Celem opracowania jest przedstawienia zagadnień związanych z rozwojem energetyki wiatrowej w województwie dolnośląskim. W pierwszej części opracowania w oparciu o materiały źródłowe przedstawione zostały uwarunkowania rozwoju energetyki wiatrowej. Zaledwie 25% powierzchni województwa stanowi obszar potencjalnie najmniej konfliktowy. Decyzje lokalizacyjne muszą byś poprzedzone wnikliwą analizą uwarunkowań przyrodniczych, krajobrazowych i społecznych. Jedynie taki przebieg procesu inwestycyjnego może ograniczać powstawanie konfliktów.
The primary function of rural areas is their use in agricultural production. Currently, according to the balanced development of rural areas, one needs to tend to make those areas more attractive, create new jobs, create new sources of income for the rural population and to improve rural spatial planning. The agricultural production is extremely important in the areas of outstanding natural beauty. The management on protected areas can contribute to the protection of valuable qualities from excessive investment process. It must be conducted in accordance with legal requirements for environmental protection. The purpose of the research was to analyze the changes in agriculture in the context of rural area development. The communities within the Barycz Valley Landscape Park boundaries were selected for analysis. The study was based on the statistical data, including the data from the agricultural censuses of 1996, 2002, 2010, data concerning planning works and planning documents to lay down the development directions of the analyzed communities.
The aim of the study was to characteristic of organic matter of Bh Podzol horizons formed from granite under following subalpine plant communities in the Karkonosze Mountains: Calamagrostis villosa, Calluna vulgaris, Nardus strictaandFestuca supina. Based on fractional composition of organic matter and structural analysis of humic acids, including: elemental analysis, thermographic analysis, and infrared spectroscopy, diversification of their structure was found. Accumulated in Bh horizon humic substances under communities of Nardus strictaand Callunavulgariswere characterised as more humify with a substantial participation of fulvic fraction. Humic acids extracted from soil of these horizons were characterised as less aromatized and less oxidized. These results point out differential course of humification process taking place under different plant communities, which plays major role in components movement during podzolisation.
