In order to explore a more reasonable structure and operating parameter, guide the design and improve the gasification of seawater Open Rack Vaporizer (ORV), Research on the rules of seawater that flows and heat transfer in the ORV tube was studied in this paper. By simplifying the model, heat transfer tube model with spoiler lever was obtained and simulated, the distribution of temperature field, gas ratio, velocity field and press field in rib tube were analyzed, and different inlet velocity of LNG, roughness of the tube wall both effected on the overall gasification, the results shows that the actual gasification efficiency from heat transfer tube is higher than normal, small difference of gas ratio outlet, velocity and temperature are both lower, LNG could be easer gasified at operating temperature between -162°C~+3°C than that between -162°C~+0°C
In this paper, we report for the first time on authentication of Flammulina velutipes cultivare by using strain-specific sequence-characterized amplified region (SCAR) markers developed from inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers. The genomic DNA polymorphism was analyzed by the ISSR technique in 7 strains of F. velutipes presently cultivated in China on a commercial scale. Eight primers selected from 20 ISSR primers amplified 104 clear and stable bands, of which 81 bands were polymorphic. Among the selected primers, primer ISSR9 can distinguish strain No. 12 from the other 6 strains by amplifying a unique and reproducible band of approximately 750 bp. According to the sequence of the strain-specific fragment, a pair of SCAR primers was designed to diagnose strain No. 12 on the molecular level. The validity of the SCAR marker was confirmed by using DNA samples from another 12 strains of F. velutipes obtained from different parts of China. Our data provided the foundation for a precise and rapid PCR-based strain-diagnostic system for F. Velutipes.
Water inrush is one of the typical geological hazards of tunnel construction in karst areas. It is necessary to predict water inrush more accurately for karst tunnels. Firstly, we created a model on risk evaluation of water inrush based on the efficacy coefficient method. Then karst hydrologic and engineering geological conditions were considered in detail, and several typical factors were selected as evaluation indexes, including formation lithology, unfavorable geology, groundwater level, and so on. Moreover, the weight coefficients of the selected evaluation indices were calculated using the analytic hierarchy process method. Furthermore, the total efficacy coefficient was presented to specify the risk grade of the evaluation samples. Finally, the risk grade of water inrush for karst tunnels is divided into four levels: severe (red), high (orange), elevated (yellow), and guarded (blue). Additionally, the model of risk assessment of water inrush was applied to Jigongling tunnel along the Fanba Expressway in China. The results show that the present evaluation results agree well with the construction situation, which also agree with the relative analysis results of attribute mathematical theory. The presented work with the efficacy coefficient method is relatively simple with strong operability, which has potential for predicting water inrush in karst tunnels.
