Ethics allows business activity to grow safely in the right direction. The business sector is making attempts at formulating ethical principles. Ethics area tied to comprehensively understood quality. Quality relating to products, services, information, communication, interpersonal relationships, and in consequence ethics related to the quality of life. All quality depends on the ethicality of man, including the quality of fruits of his work. Ethical problems remain in connection with - Corporate Social Responsibility. Under CRS a business obliges to contribute to the balanced development with the help and cooperation of employees, local communities and the entiere society. The aim of CRS framework is to improve quality of life for all, which in turn leads to the development og the business sector and the entiere society. Under the conditions of sustainable development decision-makers must take into account the so-called '3E' i.e. ethics, ecology and economics. One should bear in mind R Drucker's words that ethics and morality aren't everything but without them nothing will thrive.
