Content of the presented paper is to describe a consistent approach from planning to actual implementation of the production. This consistency is achieved by the sequence of decision-making levels of the appropriate information related flows. In the area of production systems can distinguish at least three basic levels (planning, scheduling and management).

The paper deals with a brief description of the development of PLM systems, description of their activities, usability and ways of handling materials in the production unit. There are many ways of material handling. We will focus on sample transport simulations using carts in the production, handling robots for transshipment and the use of conveyors. Samples are shown in 2D and 3D form in Plant Simulation software module.
This article focuses on pointing out the possibility of using cluster analysis of the questionnaire survey. The survey is aimed at the working history of employees of several companies. The result of clustering is dendrogram, which graphically illustrates the clusters at different levels of aggregation. The output of process is cumulative assessment of cluster analysis work history.
Our paper deals with the possibility of replacing galvanic chrome coatings with thermal spraying, specifically with the high-velocity oxy-fuel coating spraying (HVOF) method. The article provides an analysis of alternatives compensation, mutual comparison of thermal spraying methods, and the choice of the most appropriate method for replacing galvanic chrome plating. Increased pressure on health and the environment necessitates the replacement of conventional galvanic plating process solution with hexavalent chromium Cr6+ by using environmentally friendly technology.
