The aim of this article is describes of creating process, assumes list and functions of application. This application has created on MS Excel 2007 and Visual Basic for Application platform. The main functions of the application are: management of student’s data, management instructors data, management of post-graduate studies data, sending of notification for student, printing of index and certificates, printing of invoice, printing of account and it agree, printing of report.
