In the present paper is primarily focused attention into some aspects of the receivables management based on controlling in small and middle enterprises. Following the analysis of the current method of managing claims, their status, structure and development are identified fundamental deficiencies and proposed selected options for solving problems. The solution is focused on the area of determining the credibility of customers and determining the optimal payment terms in centralized business enterprises.
