In the years 2006-2008 the efficiency of organic production of apple trees in comparison to integral productivity was observed. The research were conducted on the basis of trade plantations of cultivars Rubinola, Topaz, Elise and Szampion situated in Sandomierz Upland. In each individual year both cultivars and weather conditions influenced the observed features in the most significant way. Therefore the choice of cultivars seems to be the most important factor while planning the organic plantation. There were not any significant differences between organic and integral production for most of the analyzed features. However, there was less total crop as well as individual fruit mass from the organic method of planting but the differences were not statistically significant. The fruit from the organic production had tendencies to better blushing and were more susceptible to Venturia inaequalis. The shoots in integral cultivation were infected by Podosphaera leucotricha and settled by Aphidoidea more frequently. Protection from Aphidoidea presented the biggest problem for organic cultivation. The cultivar Topaz was settled the most frequently.
