Abstrakty

The article is focused on company’s crises and principles of solving them. One of the way how to resolve the company’s crisis is to restructure the company. The management could also use turnaround as a fast way of company’s restructuring. This article describes the importance of turnaround planning, process of turnaround and basic steps of turnaround.
