Badania prowadzono w latach 2004-2006 w warunkach doświadczenia wazonowego, w których wykorzystano glebę o składzie granulometrycznym piasku słabo-gliniastego i pHKCI 4,66. Według granicznych zawartości metali ciężkich, gleba wykazywała naturalną zawartość Cu, Pb, Cd, Ni oraz podwyższoną Zn. Schemat doświadczenia obejmował 11 obiektów różniących się rodzajem i dawką wprowadzonych nawozów i materiałów organicznych: sole mineralne, obornik, kompost, osad ściekowy komunalny i przemysłowy. W trzecim roku badań ilość przyswajalnych mikroelementów w największym stopniu uległa podwyższeniu: Cu w warunkach nawożenia obornikiem, Ni kompostem, Mn osadem ściekowym miejskim oraz Zn i Fe osadem ściekowym przemysłowym. Analizując średni udział form rozpuszczalnych w zawartości ogólnej mikroelementów, pierwiastki te można uszeregować następująco: Mn > Cu > Zn > Fe > Ni.

The research was conducted in 2004-2006 as a pot experiment in soil with a weakly loamy sand texture, pHKCl 4.66. According to the limit heavy metal content, the soil used for the experiment revealed natural content of Cu, Pb, Cd, Ni and increased Zn. The experimental design comprised 11 treatments differing in the type and dose of the applied fertilizers: mineral salts, farmyard manure, municipal and industrial sewage sludge. The size of changes of the microelement content in the soil depended first of all on the type of used fertilizers, and less on their dose. The highest content of total forms of microelements in the soil was found with the industrial sludge. In the third year of research the quantity of bioavailable forms of microelements showed the highest degree of increase: Cu conditioned by the farmyard manure fertilization, Ni with compost, Mn with municipal sewage sludge and Zn and Fe with industrial sewage sludge. Analysing the average participation of solvable forms in the total content of microelements, these elements can be put in the following order: Mn > Cu > Zn > Fe > Ni.
