Badano podatność 21 linii podwojonych haploidów (DH) na fuzariozę kłosów. Kłosy linii DH, otrzymanych z przekrzyżowania polskiej, jarej odmiany pszenicy Henika i odpornej odmiany meksykańskiej Gondo (CIMMYT) inokulowano zawiesiną zarodników patogenicznego izolatu Fusarium culmorum (chemotyp DON - deoksynivalenol). Linie DH i ich formy rodzicielskie badano w warunkach polowych z zastosowaniem układu bloków losowanych z trzema powtórzeniami w trzech kolejnych latach (2003-2005). Badano porażenie kłosów i ziarna, liczbę ziaren z kłosa, masę tysiąca ziarniaków u inokulowanych i kontrolnych linii. Dodatkowo badano zawartość DON w próbach ziarna uzyskanego z roślin inokulowanych i kontrolnych. Stwierdzono występowanie efektów transgresji w odniesieniu do stopnia redukcji cech plonotwórczych w wyniku infekcji F. culmorum oraz pod względem zawartości DON w porażonym ziarnie.

The susceptibility of doubled haploid (DH) lines of spring wheat to Fusarium head blight (FHB) was investigated. Heads of 21 DH lines derived from hybrids of the Polish spring cultivar Henika and resistant cultivar Gondo (from CIMMYT) were inoculated with conidial suspension of the pathogenic deoxynivalenol-producing isolate of Fusarium culmorum. DH lines and their parental cultivars were examined in the field experiment conducted in randomized block design in triplicates in three consecutive years (2003-2005). The spike and kernel infection score, number of kernels per ear, 1000-kernel weight and kernel weight per head were observed in inoculated and control plants. Additionally, samples of kernels were analyzed for presence of deoxynivalenol (DON). Transgression effects in some DH lines in reduction of kernel characters were found. Doubled haploids with a positive and negative transgression in DON content were also recorded.
