EN
The new drug in hepatitis C virus infection with a potent clinical effect, is an inhibitor of HCV nonstructural protein NS5A, essential component of the viral RNA amplification machinery. Therapeutic vaccines aim to treat HIV infected people by boosting ravaged immune system. They modestly but significantly reduced viral levels in the blood of patients. The species barier in prion transmission. Prion isolates, strains and types - propagated in cell cultures show the hallmarks of Darwinian evolution. Tumor-targeted inhibition of nonsense-mediated mRNA decay (NMD), a new approach to stimulate protective anti-tumor immunity. Identification of new mechanism by which tumors escape the immune system. Chemokine CCL21-secreting tumors shift the host immune response from immunogenic to tolerogenic.
