PL

Omówiono zasady zintegrowanego projektowania i wykonawstwa dla ochrony środowiska, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem zabezpieczenia i ochrony drzew na terenach inwestycyjnych. Przeanalizowano przyczyny niszczenia drzew i ich otoczenia na placach budowy. Podkreślono rolę architekta krajobrazu w pracach zespołu projektowego. Omówiono znaczenie nowej metody wyceny drzew uwzględniającej współczynnik kondycji i lokalizacji drzew dla prawidłowej klasyfikacji drzew na terenach budowy. Przedstawiono znaczenie opracowywanego w IGPiM poradnika obejmującego procedury i zasady klasyfikacji drzew, ich zabezpieczenia podczas prac budowlanych i instalacyjnych oraz przeprowadzania działań rehabilitacyjnych drzew po zakończeniu prac budowlanych.

General rules of an integrated designing and implementation process for environmental protection were discussed, with special focus on the security and protection of trees in investment project areas. Most frequent causes of destroying trees and their surrounding (fertile soil and water resources) on construction sites, taken from the literature and on the basis of examinations and observations conducted in Poland were analysed. The role of a landscape architect was emphasized in the work of a team of designers from the beginning of an investment process The significance of a new method of evaluation oftrees (drawn up by the Institute of Spatial Management and Housing (ISMH) with the participation of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and the Polish Academy of Sciences) was discussed in which a coefficient of the condition and location of trees is taken into account, for a correct classification of trees on building sites. The significance and scope of a guide were described which is currently being drawn up by the ISMH (as part of PB-13 Project) and includes the procedures and principles of classification of trees, protecting them during construction and installation work and conducting tree rehabilitation actions upon the completion of construction work.
