Abstrakty

The paper presents the resutls of investigation on the influence of road traffic on the selected communities of the plant bugs. The most intensity reaction of the communities was noticed in the nearest vicinity of the road where the traffic was the highest (near the Katowice-Krakow highway). There were high number of species and annormal structure of domination. The research was carried out in 2001 - 2003. In studied area the most common species of Miridae were: Adelphocoris lineolatus (GOEZE), Chlamydatus pulicarius (FALL.), Chlamydatus pullus (REUTER), Lygus pratensis (L.), Megalocoleus molliculus (FALL.), Plagiognathus chrysanthemii (WOLFF).
