EN

The effect of Amistar 250 SC application on grain yield and yield component of spring wheat was studied. The fungicide at the dose 1 l/ha was used at two different growth phases: flag leaf and grain setting. In both cases the use of Amistar 250 SC gave a positive effect on grain yield, however, when the treatment was performed at the phase of flag leaf the obtained result was much better. The studied fungicide influenced the increase in head number per unit area and improved head productivity as well as grain plumpness.
